Chloé Berndt, graduate of ENSIA SIARC Montpellier, based in Paris. She has worked for VVR International for over 12 years. She is now Associate Director, and in charge of the Talent Acquisition Services department.

With 20 years of experience with China, she has successfully completed more than 100 HR projects in addition countless B2B and B2C commercial development projects during these 12 years at the heart of VVR International.

Xia Dan

Project Director

Based in Shanghai

Xia Dan studied her Bachelor in China and her Master in France. She has worked for VVR China for more than 13 years. She is now General Manager of VVR Shanghai and the project director of the Talent Acquisition Services department.

Within the 13 years work in VVR China, she has successfully completed more than 80 HR projects in addition to a hundred other B2B and B2C consulting projects for European companies’ development in China. 

Chen Minyu

Based in Guangzhou

Chen Minyu has worked for VVR International for over 10 years and is now the general manager of VVR Guangzhou. She has obtained the Human Resources Professional Grade 2 certificate and has successfully completed more than 50 HR projects in China, especially in recruitment management. Besides, she has been in fully or partly charge of 100+ projects including commercial development, diagnosis, and merger & acquisition project, specialized in consulting for Europe company’s development in China.

Dai Yun

Based in Shanghai

Dai Yun, graduated from Shanghai Normal University, majoring in human resource management, and worked as Human Resource Manager of VVR Shanghai for more than 4 years. She has been engaged in human resources for more than 10 years, involving five aspects: recruitment, employee relations, salary and welfare, performance appraisal, training and development.

With her professional knowledge background and accumulated work experience, she has completed more than twenty human resources projects in VVR international.
