History

Founded in 1999 in Shijiazhuang, and in 2001 in France, at a time when China was the world’s leader, VVR International first got specialised in purchasing quality control projects.

Then, when China became the world’s market, we completed our team of engineers with experts on commercial development, enabling us to answer the requests of our client who wished to produce and sell their products in China.

In 2009, by capitalising and gaining experience in an emerging country, VVR International opened a branch in Brazil.

Since 2014, China is the world’s bank. While continuing our structuration in commercial development assistance, we also develop assistance tools for fund raising and Merger & Acquisition projects, always keeping the objective of developing a French presence in China.

In short, we developed ourselves following China’s economic history, and capitalising on our DNA, i.e. the “management of technical projects”. As a result, today we offer a comprehensive portfolio of solutions for European companies who seek to develop themselves in China.

In 2015, VVR decided to get associated with experts based in other countries, creating Globallians, the first French association of private actors in international development, specialised by country.
